About me · 01 The bar

I'm Serafín Bastianelli.

Before founding Vantra, my first school wasn't an office: it was the bar counter. I started at the register and ended up running the night. There, among real people and decisions that had to be made on the spot, I learned what no course was going to teach me: to read people, to solve on the fly, and to sell myself without a script.

  1. 02Media buyer

From there I jumped into digital marketing as a media buyer. I started managing ads for other people's brands, and along the way I realized something that changed how I see businesses: the problem was almost never the product or the ads. The problem was that the company didn't have the tools, the systems, the automations or the software to operate at the level of what it was really worth. We were sending traffic to a structure that wasn't ready to hold it.

  2. 03The decision2025

In 2025, after a solo trip through Europe that cleared my head, I made the decision. If the underlying problem was operational, the solution couldn't be yet another campaign. It had to be a partner who entered the business and transformed it from the inside. That's how Vantra was born. Van for advance, Tra for transformation: the leg most businesses are missing to stop operating on patches and start operating as a system.

  3. 04Today

Today I run Vantra with a team of eight and work with more than fifteen active brands, in industries ranging from e-commerce to music, construction, aesthetics and telecommunications, while finishing my studies at Universidad Austral.

How I still think

I still think the same way as that first night behind the bar: whoever reads what's in front of them well and solves in the moment, wins. Only now I do it with systems.

How I work

Every project I lead goes through five phases.

  1. Phase 01

    X-ray

First I take an x-ray to understand what's really happening, not what's supposed to be happening.

  2. Phase 02

    Architecture

Then I design the architecture of the transformation.

  3. Phase 03

    Build

I build with visible progress every week.

  4. Phase 04

    Handover

I hand over so the team can operate without depending on me.

  5. Phase 05

    Evolution

And I stay close as it evolves over time.

I don't drop a deliverable and disappear.
